Public presentations in October and November 2008

  • California Student Sustainability Coalition's Fall Convergence at San Francisco State University, October 24th-26th, 2008. During this event we were invited to present at a panel discussion on Green Careers.
  • Evolving Leaders Collaborative, held at the Presidio of San Francisco. Kathia participated in a panel on leadership for sustainability on October 25th.
  • 4th Brazilian Systems Congress, held in Franca, São Paulo, Brazil on October 29th and 30th. Kathia was a keynote speaker on "An evolutionary view of development: creating human and social capital through evolutionary learning communities."
  • 3rd Reunion of ALAS (Latin American Systems Asociation) , November 6th-8th in Mexico City. Kathia and Alexander have been the US representatives for ALAS. Kathia participated in the plenary dialogue on Systemic in the International Context.

To learn more about these last two systems events and how the systems communities in Latin America are creating sustainable development initiatives, read our recent blog.
